I left details about what we wanted. On November 17th they called and were kinda rude. Explain they were returning my message. It was an awkward call considering I messaged about a bid and the guy seemed a little rude and cold but we stumbled through and he told me he would be out on Thursday or Friday. I figured some people are just not made for bubbly customer service and that he's a busy contractor. Never heard from him again... for a 10-15k job in cash you would think someone would be a little better at communicating. Wouldn't reccomend.

The man who answered the phone gave me his prices per foot over the phone so I had to figure out the estimate myself. I called back again just this morning and Jim answered again. I asked him if he could come out and do an estimate as my boss wanted a "written" estimate and he was very rude about it. I told him as much and said, "Nevermind". I'll take my business elsewhere and would recommend everyone else does as well.
