  Preparations for building a new house included having a well drilled. A price lock on construction had an expiration date that allowed ample time for all requirements and permits to be satisfied. But then Advanced Drilling did not start drilling as promised. Contacting them was very problematic. Answering phones does not seem to be one of their skills. Phone messages, text messages, and emails went largely unanswered. Even my plea that our builders deadline was rapidly approaching and that failing to meet it would cost me an extra $35,000 or more did not prompt any immediate reply. They did ultimately drill the well. I missed the deadline. Sympathetic people at a water testing service and in the County's Permit Office were able to do their part in rushing completion of their services. My only hope is that the builder will consider that I did everything I possibly could.

  They don't stand behind their guarantee. Sand has been coming through our lines from day 1. 3 years later, appliances ruined and we need a new walk dug. BEWARE

  Advanced drilling saved our water when we needed it most and we're very professional and caring and not to mension understanding. Thank you for your help there should be more companies out thereally like you that truly care about people. Will be using them again for anything else we need and highly recommend them to anyone!
