  When a job goes exceptionally well, a good review of the services is called for. After finally working through some miscommunications. The required permits and intent to drill were submitted by Advanced Drilling and approved by the county. Rob came out to review the sites we prepared and offered sage advice as to what the local water table was and how various sites could affect the quality of the water which would be reached. We selected the best site and prepared it to accommodate the drill rig and equipment truck. We arranged the drill team to come to the site we prepared. Rob and his wife, Pam, have always been friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We found the same for his son Kevin. The father and son team were not only pleasant and willing to work on the site we prepared but their skills with the operation were exemplary, they worked together and formed a smooth operating team producing a useable well on the site we specified. I really appreciated the candor and information Rob provided as to the entire procedure, the expected results, and any alternatives or caveats we may encounter. The drill rig, although an older model, operated flawlessly and without any issues. The water that was reached tastes sweet and fresh without any traces of mineral salts. We cannot wait for the results of the tests we are submitting. Rob also put us in contact with a hand pump distributor for a hand-pump that would pump from 60-70 feet down and explained how and why that type of pump would be best. We will be actively pursuing this in the very near future. We are completely happy with the skillset and performance of Rob and his son Kevin. Thank you for a job well done.

  Great customer service!! They installed our constant pressure water system a couple of years ago on new construction. Their warranty is true, they stand behind their work! The Pentair unit shorted out somehow and they were able to get us water again in 2 days at no extra charge. Pam is great and we have had a good overall experience with this company. Prompt and efficient.
