We definitely were not the easiest customers to deal with and presented her with a few hurdles. Not only did she jump those hurdles, but she found unexpected solutions to our problems. I will always ask for her in the future, and we will definitely be recommending Parr to friends and family just as a contractor friend recommended them to us (for obvious reasons now). Not only did their glass prices beat the competition, but so did the customer service. They could have tried upselling us but respected our feelings and budget instead.
