- ZCZach CottrellJul 12, 20251.0We purchased a tuff shed to be a display to take to different home shows. We specifically told them at what height we needed it to be and had them come out to a storage unit to build it inside where we were keeping it. They did not honor the specifications we talked about before and built the tuff shed too tall for it to even come out of the storage unit. Instead of fixing the problem or attempting to go through the warranty, they would rather us pay out of pocket and pay for equipment to try and get it out of the unit. They were very eager to take our money and sell us a product, they are not eager at all to fix any mistakes they make. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
