    We purchased a tuff shed to be a display to take to different home shows. We specifically told them at what height we needed it to be and had them come out to a storage unit to build it inside where we were keeping it. They did not honor the specifications we talked about before and built the tuff shed too tall for it to even come out of the storage unit. Instead of fixing the problem or attempting to go through the warranty, they would rather us pay out of pocket and pay for equipment to try and get it out of the unit. They were very eager to take our money and sell us a product, they are not eager at all to fix any mistakes they make. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

    We purchased a 4 X 10 lean to shed. The tuff shed rep was friendly and helpful. A slightly larger lean to was on site so we were able to check it out and get a feel for how it would look. We went through the build with the representative, adding desired options, essentially using the shed building tool on the website. The process was relatively smooth and didn't take very long. After we left we completed the transaction via emails and digitally signing necessary documents for financing and building the shed. After specifying a date the builder arrived on time. The one guy put together what was essentially a kit on a trailer in about 4 hours. The quality of the work seems excellent so far. They have about a dozen different colors you can choose from that are painted before arrival. We lucked out and one of the color options matched our house very closely. Overall we were very happy with the experience.

    Kevin was very helpful and quick to respond. The purchasing process was simple and smooth, and Kevin answered all our questions very professionally. We look forward to using our new shed!
