- TSTodd ShepardMay 14, 20245.0This place is well organized and the staff is super attentive to customer needs. I rented a chipper about a year ago and another this week. Both times the chipper looked and operated like new. It was clean, polished, full of fuel, and ready to go when I arrived. The staff hitched it up for me while I enjoyed a free cup of coffee inside and cheerfully greeted me upon me return to enjoy another cup while they unhitched. They are closed weekends so renting Friday, return Monday is one day charge (8hrs use) which is fantastic. I highly recommend Herc.

Mechanic was very friendly and came out immediately to help with the problem. I can’t see going anywhere else for equipment. Thanks a bunch for the great and efficient service during these tough times with Covid-19.
