  If I could do no stars I would. Called at 3:30pm with an active leak. They said they would be able to come out same day and let us know when the plumber was dispatched. They called back 2 hours later saying they couldn't get out until Monday(36 hours later) it's now into the after hours service time for most plumbers which comes with a hefty fee. All because they couldn't manager their plumbers and the needs better.

  SEPTIC LOCATOR: Our septic service needed a septic lid locator today. There was no visible map and the map was hand drawn from 1971 with the wrong address. We were not being successful finding the lid. To make sure, we had SW come out with their camera and quickly located it through the bathroom stack on the roof! I highly recommend Dominique Ulrich and Chris Bell who were very friendly and helpful. They saved us more time because we had already spent over an hour looking for the lid! AND the best part—they would not charge me plus threw in some freebies: a refrigerator magnet and hand sanitizer!). THANK YOU thank you thank you! I had SW do work here before, so I was glad to see them again today. 😎

  Reggie and Isaac were the Technicians on site for my plumbing repair. They went straight to work to repairing my old iron piping which had eroded and started causing blockage. It was quoted to be 1day and a half for the job and they completed it in one day. They did a great and professional job from the pics they showed me of the work done. Thank you, Reggie and Isaac for your work. It is greatly appreciated 👏.

  We just had a new furnace installed. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been very nice and helpful, but I want to highlight Nick H. He came out to install an additional part that was initially forgotten (which was no big deal). I had a couple questions about the furnace install (which he did not do), and some things that didn’t look quite right. I was only looking for reassurance that the finishes wouldn’t affect the functioning of the unit, but he immediately jumped in to help. Nick went above and beyond what he was sent out to do and redid the finishings on the furnace, which now look impeccable. I can’t overstate how great his customer service was and how much I appreciate him doing all that extra work. I hope he is recognized appropriately!

  You get what you pay for. We have a maintenance contract with this company and through the years we have had all kinds of projects done by them. WONDERFUL work! Of most recent we had Joe H. again come for maintenance on Heat Pump and Furnace and to track down the cause of a high pitch annoying sound coming through the system when the heat pump was heating the home. He quickly troubleshooted and eliminated what was not the problem going directly to the source. The intake grill was vibrating like a tuning fork. Joe could hear the problem where others, even in the home, could not. A new heavier better quality intake grill was ordered (the expensive part) and installed. My sanity and sleep have been saved and in the long run, know doubt, my hearing. It is hard to put a value on that. We all like Joe’s honesty and ability. Thank you Joe H. and SW Plumbing/and AAA
