- IJIsaac Jose1 day ago5.0Septic alarm went off, I called in with concerns about potential water intrusion or pump failure. Jason came out within 1.5 hours. I gave him my concerns and some historical context about repairs made 2 years ago. He went through diagnostics and walked me through what he was investigating and how. Narrowed in on a float switch failure. Will be getting that replaced shortly. Hopefully there are no other underlying issues. Service call was $230. This is well worth it for the knowledge that I gained. I know enough about simple switches to do the repair myself for $80 instead of paying for a $600 follow up repair, though. If I need further diagnosis, I will definitely call them back.

Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the technician was professional and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Great pricing, great communication, and quality service — I’d definitely recommend The Plumbing Joint to anyone needing septic service or plumbing work.
- RIR G III4 days ago1.0Don’t really like the fact they charged 165.00 per quarter hour for overtime and 298.00 service call which included the drive time. The tech was here for literally 30 minutes and it cost 1400.00. I can understand it was 9pm when he got here but when you have sewage coming up in your yard you want it fixed. Rates were never disclosed before work started. The iPad said 199.00 for service call and 110.00 an hr after that. This is why you call more than one place.
