- KHKurt HelmgrenSep 28, 20255.0Our rental unit in Renton suffered wind damage to the electrical supply mast; though service was not interrupted, our insurance company covered the repair. Spectrum Services was awarded the job, and was scheduled to begin the repair in mid-March, when Puget Sound Energy informed them that the job required two flaggers to monitor traffic during the service disconnect and reconnect, and that only PSE could provide them. This began a seven-month effort by Shilly of Spectrum to schedule the flaggers that PSE required, who had to be scheduled through PSE. ( PSE was uncooperative, unresponsive, and uninterested.) After six months of effort, Shilly was able to make contact with a problem-solver within PSE and get the flaggers scheduled; the electrician was notified, the electrical work was completed - in one long day,, if memory serves. Three days later, the job was done. I commend Spectrum - and Shilly - for their many months of frustrated efforts until they finally got our little job done! Thanks, guys! Kurt Helmgren
- EMernest milnerMar 11, 20255.0I had a fire claim with usaa. After a myriad of practically ridiculous estimates from USAA, I had the BLISSFUL REFERRAL by usaa to Spectrum Construction company. Shilly their construction and repair officer took over the apparent overwhelming task to satisfy the required USAA paperwork, The result was that USAA recognized that the initial estimate was not sufficient. The result was A SEAMLESS AND OUTSTANDING REPAIR job of the many areas affected the residence cover gracefully by usaa Insurance. My suggestion to you all- if you ever have an insurance claim or any construction /repair contact either shilly or charles at Spectrum construction in seattle - YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID.
