Excellent customer service, very responsive to any questions and needs and every single person we've worked with or talked to has been very friendly. Would highly recommend.

He stayed around to answer questions and to ensure everything was working to my satisfaction. Great, fast service. Really appreciate it!

That other company had installed the drums incorrectly, which led to new problems a few months later. When I called them back, their only “fix” was to add some lubricant to cover up the noise — and of course, the work wasn’t under warranty. I decided to go with Instant Garage Door Repair instead, and I’m so glad I did. Sheffi diagnosed the real issue, redid the work properly, and now everything runs smoothly. Super professional, detailed, and knows his stuff. Wish I had gone with them from the start. Definitely recommend!
