The garage door would not open using wall control or from the vehicle remote control. The door would not stay closed. While lifting the door manually the spring tendon loosened and the sensors became misaligned. To my rescue, out came Sheffi within 5 hours after I called for an appointment. Blessed. I got same day service! He reprogrammed my remote controls, align sensors, tighten the door’s spring and reset my exterior panel. Very polite. Great customer service. And helpful due to my limited mobility. Thanks!

Not only did he replace the broken spring, but he also repaired another garage door that had a cracked support — all at a very fair price. This all happened on Christmas Eve, and despite the holiday, the service was fast, honest, and incredibly helpful. I can’t thank Instant Garage Door enough for a job well done.
