Our floors were protected with drop cloths. After installation, they cleaned and vacuumed work areas, cleaned the windows, conducted a walk through, and we received product instruction. Owner Ray and our contact Collin, visited during installation. John in the office was very helpful with rebate info. I love my new windows, I am 100% satisfied, and recommend this company to everybody.
