Quality product - Quality service - Quality people - This experience was more challenging than our first. Much tighter quarters with an established landscape and sidewalks brick walls, fences and a lot of attention to detail. My Installer/Technician is Dimitrius Alexander. He did an outstanding job surveying and understanding our needs. We also have 3 unique dog personalities and different levels of activity. We mapped our new area and Dimitrius reviewed our layout with his Supervisor Tata, who actually did our installation at our previous residence. Together with a solid perimeter and product selection Dimitrius took the plan to completion. Anyone can install a fence, Dimitrius is a professional with dogs. Our dogs were uncomfortable while testing. He was gentle patient and applied a variety of settings for all our dogs to ensure their comfort and safety. Dimitrius stands out as he cared for our dogs. Invisible Fence also stands out. We left our Invisible Fence intact at our previous residence even though we could have removed our controller and saved a significant amount of money on the new install. We believe in the value of Invisible Fence and consider it a valuable selling point to pass along. Thanks-
