- JAJolene Alexander2 days ago5.0Our tech was prompt and on time to do the annual service along with Informative and reviewed our options. Provided test numbers. But it is Never good news when a part needs to be replaced. But at least he had one with him. Evidentally compressors fail every 5ish years. Ugh! Home Comfort installed both the furnace and A/C (in a small space and tight fit). A very professional staff and knowledgeable techs.
- DBDave Bullard5 days ago5.0Home Comfort Alliance did a great job, coming to our aid when all the electrical outlets in 2 bedrooms stopped working after a momentary power outage occurred a couple nights ago. The service panel showed that everything was operating normally. Kelly Robblee and another technician were there 3 hours after we called for help. They quickly diagnosed the situation and replaced a bad outlet. They were very professional and friendly while taking care of our situation. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any electrical needs in the future.

My five year old furnace had a failure that had to shut down due to bad noises and dangerous gasses not able to be exhausted out of house. Took three days for new part to arrive then quickly fixed. Torfin did everything thing he could to get it up and running again. Service cost seams high for a five year old furnace but what else can I say when it’s cold out and having no heat.

Even their 1y evaluation left us with no working heating in the middle of the winter. We tried contacting them over e-mail in two different instances but they did not respond the first time around and the second one they just gave us advice on how to fix it ourselves.
