The quality and professionalism of their employees ~ Sandra specifically ~ the variety of products offered and their "in the field" service is exceptional. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and they do not try to oversell. My most recent interaction with them was to replace carpet in a rental which had stains which remained after a professional carpet cleaning. I called and spoke with Sandra regarding replacement of said carpet and upon looking up prior purchase for this property, based upon brand and quality installed she suggested I address the stains myself with a bleach/water solution. This carpet had high stain resistance and replacement after just six years was highly unusual. Sure enough this stain removal worked and no carpet replacement was necessary. This "customer care" cost Fantastic Floors business, this time, but I can guarantee you they will continue to be my first call when in need of flooring services...service with integrity...PRICELESS.

They found me a perfect scrap in exactly the color I was looking for, gave me an amazing deal, wrapped it up so it wouldn't unfurl in the car and tole me to call if I had any questions about cutting it to size or installing it.
