  We will be customers for life. First, they replaced our gym flooring and took an extra two days to ensure the concrete was appropriately sealed. The install tech cared about his work and the result. The extra time wasn’t ideal but it was obvious they were prioritizing quality, which is massively appreciated. They did not charge any additional labor or materials. A few weeks later, I called Taylor (project manager) and asked if they’d be able to replace carpet before we moved in to a place with only a few days notice. She checked stock, labor, and got back within a few hours to confirm they could pull it off. Two days later installers showed up with all materials and completed the job within the day. Just like the first time, quality and communication were top notch. Can’t recommend them enough.

  Steve and his team are great to work with. Had a really great experience with the tile work. Look forward to using them on future projects.

  The entire process, from selecting a vendor, to choosing carpet grade and detail, negotiating a price, the installation, and the after sales follow-up was seamless (pun) and Taylor is a real joy to work with. We hadn't purchased new carpeting in years, and she guided us through the process with skill and tremendous knowledge of the carpeting selections out there today. We couldn't be happier with the process and we were impressed with the emphasis on customer service with Taylor and Eastside. We will use them again without hesitation, and we have recommeded the company to our daughters in the Eastside area.

  Steve and Taylor were wonderful to work with. Unfortunately our necessity for new flooring came out of a septic overflow issue ( not fun), but the team was with us every step of the way, and made it as painless as possible. Taylor came over to do an estimate the same day we called, then was super knowledgeable and helpful in the showroom. As soon as we had made our decision, the process went SUPER quickly and smoothly. Steve was great to work with too. Great communication and very knowledgeable. He led his team to get it done as swiftly and smoothly as possible. We love our new LVP floors! Thanks again :)

  I had an excellent experience with Eastside Carpets and Floors. Taylor was out to give me a bid the day after I called. She was very helpful in helping me choose the best quality value and color. It was a little challenging since I was out of town during this part of the project. Steve was extremely patient and understanding with scheduling (due to some construction issues I had to re-schedule twice). The installers, Cruz and Armando were prompt fast and efficient. They kept me informed as to the progress and discussed any issues with me. They were quiet, respectful and left their workspace very clean. I’m very pleased the carpet and installation. I would highly recommend this company. Holly Henderson
