  I needed assistannce for programing a control card, because the person who installed the equipment, now is not able to help me. Customer Service sent me the correct manual and I programed the gate motor. I am happy with your help.

  I called because we had a residential gate that was malfunctioning. Their tech was amazing and quickly figured out that the internal battery needed replacing. He obtained a new battery and installed it a couple days later, which solved the problem. We did not receive a bill for some time. Months later I started getting calls that turned out to be collections attempts. The company then produced two separate invoices for a total of $942.26, including over $800 in labor and "mobilization fees." So they got the job done, but the billing was excessive and more of a headache than it needed to be.

  I would highly recommend Security Gate and Access LLC! They originally installed my gate about 4 years ago, and it has worked great! This last year there was a series of weird/abnormal glitches that took place with my gate over a period of about 7 months. (more just unlucky situations). They showed complete dedication in trying to get it fixed, and finally solving the mystery after all of that time! I have appreciated their diligence and customer service in getting this problem finally resolved!

  I wish all businesses and especially small business were like SGA! As they say it starts from the top - Mike's professionalism and always want to take care of the customers filters in the entire SGA organization. I have always had a great customer experience working with the office staff and the field. I had my gate installed couple years ago and couple times I have had a problem, they have always been very responsive and even on a weekend!. Thank you Mike and the entire SGA team for great work and support.

  If I could give the team at SGA more stars, I'd do it. We had one of those gate projects that we all just hate. Multiple delays and product problems for seven+ months..... nobody's fault, just stuff. SGA hung in delightfully while we all just walked it through together. SGA took care of all the issues and we actually ended up with an even better gate! I would recommend them unconditionally to anyone looking for a great security gate.
