- MMMadison McGinnisDec 29, 20253.0When we first encountered this company and team, they were great. They were Responsive, respectful, and completed great work. However, after the work, there was a trim piece that popped up because the adhesive didn’t adhere properly. No problem, I called them to try and get someone out to resolve it. They said they would send someone and then for the next 3 weeks they completely ghosted me, did not show and up after multiple times calling, I finally spoke to the team again. All I wanted was for them to come and fix the trim piece, what I got was “it’s just a small trim piece, you’re telling me you can’t fix it yourself”. Tyson specifically treated me with disrespect and I will not choose this company again.
