Tyson was super cool and we agreed to have measurements done in my home to be quoted with LVP/carpet options. That measurement was done over 2 weeks ago now and I haven’t heard from anyone there about the quote since, despite being told it would only take a few days. I’ve tried reaching out to see what’s going on twice now and they were unfortunately really rude and acted like I was being unreasonable for thinking the quote wouldn’t take this long. I wish I could’ve moved forward with them but the zero communication kills it for me.

He said he would get back to me in a day or two with the quote. That was 4 weeks ago, and for some reason no one will call me back about this install. I've emailed and called multiple times. Very strange.

We went back to the store and they helped us pick out the best floor for what we needed. It was during the busy season and my job was pretty small, so it took a little longer, but was well worth it. We do plan on going back when we are ready to put the exact same flooring in our home we live in. I would definately recommend them.
