  Mckenzie Mcfayden should not work there because she was shaming a grieving mother which is not at all appropriate and I do not find that in any way right

  When we first encountered this company and team, they were great. They were Responsive, respectful, and completed great work. However, after the work, there was a trim piece that popped up because the adhesive didn’t adhere properly. No problem, I called them to try and get someone out to resolve it. They said they would send someone and then for the next 3 weeks they completely ghosted me, did not show and up after multiple times calling, I finally spoke to the team again. All I wanted was for them to come and fix the trim piece, what I got was “it’s just a small trim piece, you’re telling me you can’t fix it yourself”. Tyson specifically treated me with disrespect and I will not choose this company again.

  We looked into Hillside when shopping for new carpet and though we ended up going with someone closer, everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and friendly, and their price was competitive.

  The gentleman ordered me some red restaurant kitchen tile, and they don't even carry it. So nice of him to do that, something Home Depot did not do for me.
