I also liked that they were a locally owned company. From initial contact, working with Bates Roofing was a smooth process. Dwayne was able to come out the same day I called and give me a quote to patch the leak so it didn't get any worse. Thankfully the rain eased up a little and I was able to wait a few weeks until I could get my roof replaced entirely. Jose and his crew were able to replace the roof in one day and the clean up looked better than when they started. Brandon, the project manager, let me know about an area of the roof that needed to be fixed and sent me photos of the completed work. Joe, the senior project manager, stopped by the next day to make sure everything looked good. He even cut the wires from an old satellite the crew removed for me when they replaced the roof. Working with Sarah and Brad on pricing was also a breeze. They gave me all the information and answered any questions I had.
