  I started this project with an annual inspection and learned th my old heat pump wasn't running up to spec. The repair estimate was OK but I decided to just replace my older unit with a new one. No sales pitch , no pressure to make a quick decision. My new heat pump is smaller, quieter and does not seem to run very often. My house is warmer. New heat pumps are more efficient. The entire service and install process was in a low key, low stress and professional manner. Thanks

  My on-demand hot water heater was not working. I was unable to fix by turning switch back on. To be on the safe side a Tech was sent out. He arrived in a timely manner form the time I called. He found the problem almost instantly. I had a power outage recently and the water heater is on the same circuit as one of the GFI outlets. We identified it and tripped it back on, low and behold power to unit, as well as a couple other appliances also connected to the same GFI outlet. Time spent on this issue was less than 15 minutes. The Tech was very knowledgeable and personable, great customer service and support. I could have saved the cost of this trip, by checking the GFI myself, but I feel much better having the Tech here to ensure it wasn't something else. Safety First!   I've used Cummings Inc. twice and was very happy with the service and the prompt response to my emergency on that first call. It is my intention to have them visit every year for system inspection, servicing, and cleaning. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
