I asked about the estimate and the receptionist indicated she would email it to me that morning. This was on Tuesday morning and it is now Friday evening and still no estimate. If this is how they treat potential customers, I want no part of this company! I gave them one star only because I had to in order to write a review. I would not use this company and I will not recommend them to anyone!

- KMkaden's toy reviews and modificationsJul 20, 20191.0Ray and Ryan totally messed up the wiring in our house and then they blamed me for it, they have extremely lousy customer service Jackie even yelled at me on the phone about how I “messed up the wiring in our house and cost thousands of dollars of damage”, they won’t show up at most of their appointments and if they do decide to show up they do very limited amounts of work and most of the time they won’t listen to what we politely asked them to do I am extremely dissatisfied with their work and I want my money back!!!

When I called them back, a message machine took my information but no one returned the call. This seems to be a problem with this company. I'm guessing it's an air head "family" receptionist. How could they stay in business? Anyway, I'm moving on. Bad reviews.
