  Once I got an understanding of how to set up the appointment to get them out to my house, everything ran pretty smooth. Ray and his son Chris are wonderful guys. Old school, but done right! I recommend them.

  The guys came out to look at the job I wanted to have done. They said they would have an estimate in two days. I waited five days and called the office. I asked about the estimate and the receptionist indicated she would email it to me that morning. This was on Tuesday morning and it is now Friday evening and still no estimate. If this is how they treat potential customers, I want no part of this company! I gave them one star only because I had to in order to write a review. I would not use this company and I will not recommend them to anyone!

  I used this company for the third time. They did an excellent job, again. Ryan was great and did good work. I am considering an outside light wiring project and I will definitely use them. BTW, Jackie was great on the phone.

  Ray and Ryan totally messed up the wiring in our house and then they blamed me for it, they have extremely lousy customer service Jackie even yelled at me on the phone about how I “messed up the wiring in our house and cost thousands of dollars of damage”, they won’t show up at most of their appointments and if they do decide to show up they do very limited amounts of work and most of the time they won’t listen to what we politely asked them to do I am extremely dissatisfied with their work and I want my money back!!!

  I should have read the reviews first.. I called and scheduled an appointment - no one showed up! Will never call this company again!!
