- SRSarah RuppertJan 28, 20261.0Do not order or return to/from this place. It’s been two weeks since I returned $3000.00 worth of broken or wrong item delivered (and missing item not delivered) products out of $6,500.00 and still no refund. When we inquired, were told there was delays on the East Coast shipping which is why the refund hasn’t happened. Why am I dealing with the East Coast? Sounds like a you problem, not mine. The toilet I returned that was broken in pieces, still no refund even though you said you put it in the dumpster. And why am I paying for shipping again? I am going to send you a return delivery cost for having to bring it back to you. And if it would have been better to return the items to the Tacoma location for my return, why was I not told that at the time of return. I had a contractor at my house ready to install and paid him for showing up, I am out that money due to your broken delivery. You have lost this customer for good (this was my first time ordering from you) and I will not be recommending you for anything to all the contractors/friends I know. I would rather shop at Wayfair and Amazon by far! Only gave a 1 star because I had to.

Tim handled everything on the phone and was able to find what I needed and get it in short order. Dave and Jeremy (I think) helped me at the store and were prompt and friendly. Very efficient operation and friendly to boot. I will be back. Edit 2/28/25. For a second time (out of two) this location helped me out of a bind. They had the part I needed when no one else did. Quick/efficient service and I was more than happy with the price. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the name of the employee who helped me but he was fantastic. Thank you (again!!)
