  Rolando was professional and took the time to explain the possible repair scenarios. I chose the simplest but unfortunately it did not last, so we opted to pursue a complete new system. Very pleased with the service call even though the end result was not as initially hoped for.

  I’m so impressed by the quality of Mr. Salina’s work and his professionalism. He is also very knowledgeable and courteous when answering my questions about the care of my furnace and air conditioner. It’s always comforting to have a professional worker like Mr. David Salina’s come into my home to do his work and answer my questions and concerns about my appliances. I have had other technicians come into my house and behaved like they had no time for answering my questions and their whole presentation was undesirable to say the least. Thank you Campbells & Co. for hiring good people with high standards and for training them so professionally well!!!

  Originally we were having our hot water heater flushed. It was 10 years old and had never been touched! Eliezer came and because it had never been flushed, he suggested that we do not do it. We asked about replacing it and getting on a regular maintenance schedule. Long story short they replaced it with new hot water heater and a heat sensor to quickly get hot water from basement to 2nd floor in seconds. Cannot be happier. Hot water gets to 2nd floor bathrooms in seconds

  We are really happy with the quality of work and service that was provided by Chris and David. We needed kitchen and bathroom sinks hooked up and faucets installed after remodeling. The communication about appointment and arrival times was thorough and appreciated. Both were professional, efficient, and communicated well (and were willing to troubleshoot). Chris returned for a second appointment to finish up as we were waiting on a few things on our end. Thanks Campbell & Company!

  I contacted this company for a simple electrical quote to add a dedicated circuit for a bidet seat. No work was performed. I was told upfront the service fee was $129, but later learned this was actually a $140 dispatch fee, which was not clearly disclosed. The electrician then quoted $3,500 for a straightforward residential circuit run from the panel to a bathroom. After getting additional opinions, this price was far above reasonable market rates for this type of work. I was also told the only way to waive the dispatch fee was to sign up for a paid membership plan, which felt like pressure sales rather than transparent service. Between the unclear pricing, excessive quote, and push toward a subscription just to avoid fees, this was a disappointing experience. I would recommend getting multiple quotes before using this company.
