A+++++++. Service! We have been in our home 19 years. We moved into a newly constructed home. We have well water. It was yellow, smelt like rotten eggs (tannins), and has a yellow tinge. Our toilets, shower, sinks, and outside spinets were all stained with rusty looking residue. It was horrible to say the least.
We have had Clean water come out and put a system in and we still had tannins and yellow colored water. The system needed chemicals, salt, and filters changed not to mention maintenance every 2 months just to maintain the yellow water. About 5 years in we had Culligan put a system in and again chemicals, salt and changing filters. They put a system in that needed chemicals. The chemicals ate through and we had chemicals starting to eat through our flooring in the garage. It was scary to see we have been putting such an harsh chemical in our water. We showered, cooked, and brushed our teeth with that in our water. About 6 years in we purchased a Pelican water system and put it in ourselves. This was amazing for about 4 months then back to the same old smell of rotten eggs (tannins) and the toilets and shower looked like they were never cleaned. I got tired of fighting for clean water. Then in August of 2025 we contacted Northwest water treatment!! WOW! They are knowledgeable in the hard nasty tannin filled water we have had for the past 19 years. I can honestly say this is the first time in 19 years we have clean clear water. I am able to wear white clothes again. My sinks, toilets, and showers are beautiful. We can drink our water for the first time ever!!! If you are looking for a company that knows their shit! Northwest water treatment is the one to call. We are truly grateful for the system they put in. It was quick, takes up less space than our previous systems, and low maintenance. It back washes every 7 days and it shoots out into the drain instead of our septic. I cannot thank them enough for giving us what we have been waiting for for so long.

Yeah I remember that guy. I remember him stopping when I was getting my mail one day. To ask me what the hell I was doing? Because he thought that I was stealing somebody's mail. So apparently I look like a criminal to him. And assumed that there was no way that I lived there. If I realize what he was implying then. I totally would have said something. I still want and would to say something. But for some strange reason. I told him good looking out. Like he was looking out for me. When I should have told him to go and make pleasure with yourself. I still can't believe he thought I was stealing my own mail. It's not like he's ever apologized. I've never seen him again. He may be a good business man. But as an overall human. Not so much. Maybe don't react on your first impulse. But just because you think somebody my be a criminal. Does it mean that they are. Next time maybe think about it before you accuse somebody of a crime. Hell I've lived up here like 6 years longer than him. He's one of the newest houses up here. I just don't get the mail that often. Maybe that's why. Either way it was highly offensive. And I am a hot head.

My wife and I just purchased a new home and knew that we needed a water filtration system. We had Sulfur, Iron, Manganese and total coliform in our water. It smelled terrible and had a metal taste to it as well.
When I called Glen at Northwest Water Treatment, he was prompt in getting back to me and scheduling a time to get out and test the water. His son Derrick showed up a couple days later and walked me through every single step of what he was testing and what effect this had on the water. They sent me a quote the same day for the system and had me on the schedule for the following week to get this installed.
Derrick showed up at the exact time I was told and started working. I was being extra nosey and wanted to know exactly what was being installed and how it all worked. He walked me through each step and had no problem doing so.
I would absolutely recommend anyone that is looking for a similar system to go with these guys. They are extremely knowledgeable about there systems and very friendly. I don't write many reviews but I would give them a 10 star if I could. Thank you guys!
