  I can’t say enough about the professionalism and reasonable costs of roofing repairs by Josh and his team at Evergreen State Roofing. Our home was for sale and the buyer’s inspector found some repairs needed on our 13-year old roof and advised we needed a new roof based on a bid from another roofing company quoting over $47,000 for a new roof. ESR came out and advised we did not need a new roof and that the spots they indicated could be fixed for $2700.00. ESR completed the repairs professionally and efficiently. Upon the inspectors return, he pointed out completely different areas they wanted fixed. ESR came out again and not only did they fix the additional areas, but spend 2 days completely repairing any potential areas on the roof that may cause issues in the future. They knew the importance of us selling our home and wanted the inspection to be successful. They did not charge anything other than the original bid. The men that did the work were professional and clean in their work. I would highly recommend Josh and his team at ESR – they are honest and professional. Josh was extremely helpful and thorough in his bid as well as his report of the completed job. Thank you ESR!

  Evergreen State Roofing did a great job replacing the incorrectly installed indoor laminate on our outdoor balcony with Tufdek vinyl decking. The results look great and have performed well over the past few months. I would definitely use their services again.
