  This company is amazing. We were having concerns over our electricity and called shocking difference for peace of mind. Jared went above and beyond to ensure accuracy and reliability during the estimate phase. He stayed longer than what was scheduled for us and his customer service skills were amazing. On top of that, when the electricians came out, both Manny and Jordan, they were extremely friendly. They arrived exactly on time, made us feel comfortable with their presence in our home, and went above and beyond when we had a few extra concerns we forgot to mention to Jared. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. At the time of writing this review, Jordan was an electrical trainee being trained by Manny, Manny did a thorough job training Jordan and Jordan was fantastic. He’ll make a great electrician.

  The initial visit was to assess the needs to upgrade our 40 year old electrical system to code, add a few outside outlets and to replace and enlarge the electrical panel. SD (Jacob, lead electrician) spent 3 hours assessing our needs, answering our questions and formulating a very detailed estimate with options….sort of a menu from which we could select the work to be done. Jacob and the crew were all so very polite, Very patient respectful of our property and had excellent communication with us as they proceeded to work on the two days they were at our home. They took additional pictures ( While they were working) of things they saw in our attic and under the home that may need attention. (Since we had mold near our roof line we can take care of that immediately.) There was a crew of four who worked for two entire days at our home. They were respectful of our space, polite, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. The owners of the company have high expectations of their employees, and have the utmost integrity in their business operations. We chose to hire Shocking Difference after reading many many stellar reviews. We’re thankful we did.

  My husband is elderly and is having problems with his mind. He called Shocking Difference Electric to install a dimmer switch ( he provided the dimmer) and install two breakers and run a line to 3 electric boxes. The work looks like an amateur did it. They were at our house for less than 3 hours, not a lot of materials were used. The total bill was $2850. . They took advantage of my elderly husband. Do not use this company. They are not honest or ethical.

  Josh and Max came to my house because my meter box was toast. They diagnosed the problem pretty fast, and were very kind and honest about the issues and pricing. Very down to earth guys. Problem is all fixed now! Will definitely use this company with any more electrical issues.
