I called them and set up an appointment. The gentleman showed up at the appropriate time and date, helped me locate the septic, he cleared away the debris and accomplished the task in several hours. I was very pleased with the professional service and they have now become my 'go to' for all things septic and plumbing.

Upon calling Howdy, Hector showed up within 1/2 hour and pumped out the port-a-potty and thoroughly clean the interior. A great job. Howdy Duty also has an electronic monthly invoice system that is very convenient.
