    Really happy with G & G. We had them out twice to inspect our heating system after a water leak. The first tech came the next morning and fixed the leak at a very reasonable price. We called them back to inspect our whole 40 year old system and make recommendations. They could have tried to sell us a new system but they didn't. The second tech fixed a couple of small issues and gave us a lot of information again for a very reasonable price. We may or may not make a couple of other modest optional repairs which he offered, but we will definitely call G & G for any heating issues in the future. Outstanding service!

    Always great and timely communication between Dillion and me. He is very professional always explaining what is being done and the expected outcome. Leaves the area where he is working in the same condition as when he arrived. Dillion is very matter of fact and when he doesn’t know the answer he reaches out for assistance or does research to find the answer. It is great to know that there are neat, professional, and knowledgeable heating technicians that work for G&G heating. They will always be there for our needs.

    Despite initial coordination mishap in setting a appt for malfunctioning heater due to failed appt confirmation & wrong dispatch price quoted (weekday vs weekend), the appt was then set successfully, salutes to Ms. Selina for confirming the correct appt details. All went well from Ms. Selina's scheduling to accurate price quoting to tech contact & arrival to parts & services rendered. Tech Dillon Jones was professional & very thorough in explaining what was wrong and fixing the issue within an hour. Am satisfied with overall service, this was 2nd time we used G&G and see no reason right now why we won't continue to use them in the future when needed.

    So I would give these guys five stars if I could only give the technician a review. The technician was great. He was friendly, he was thorough, he was up front and honest, all things you don't usually find with these kind of technicians unfortunately. The business itself could be great, tough to tell. Unfortunately, whatever you're doing to book your appointments, whoever you're using to take phone calls, and set appointments and such, is screwing up royally. And the reality is I understand that's perhaps an outside business and that sucks because it's reflecting on yours. I called to make an appointment several weeks ago, and when I called like most cases when you're hiring somebody to come and service your heating system, I gave them my address. They confirmed the appointment and the date. When I called today at 11:45 to check in because it was 15 minutes away from noon and I was told I was going to get service between 9:00 and noon, the people I called said they didn't have an address on file for me at all. The irony of course is that I definitely gave them my address when I called and set up the initial appointment. So I gave her my address today over the phone. And she said I'd be hearing from somebody shortly. When I did finally get a call from the technician, he asked where I was because the address that he had was nothing close to my actual address. Clearly whoever typed in my address over the phone either did not know how to listen properly, or did not understand how to spell properly. Either way, not even close to what my actual address. So I had to text the technician my actual address. Again, I totally get the need to get potentially other businesses involved and contract out. People like appointment centers, phone wraps, etc. But at least find somebody that can do the job correctly. In this case, what sucks is like I said could be a great business, tough for me to tell.
