I’ve been having a very difficult time with my breathing lately—it’s gotten so bad that I can’t even walk up a hill—so having a clean, high-quality filter is essential. I also have a brand-new Lennox furnace, and using this exact replacement filter is a requirement to keep my warranty valid. G&G made it so much easier for me to stay within my warranty requirements and breathe better. Highly recommend them for their expertise and availability.

- AMAngel Manuel4 days ago5.0I want to share my experience in full because it truly deserves it. I had a new AC system with a heat pump installed in my two-story home in August. After the install, we ran into several issues—most notably, the upstairs was not cooling properly. When I called them back out, they determined the house needed zoning. That was an additional cost, but we went ahead and had the zoning installed. A couple of months later, issues showed up with the heating and how the zones were functioning. When I contacted them again, they didn’t just come out to do the bare minimum or only what I was specifically asking for. Instead, they took the time to thoroughly diagnose everything. They ended up uncovering additional thermostat-related issues and could have easily ignored them but they didn’t. Their techs were at my house for nearly seven hours troubleshooting, testing, and making sure the system worked correctly. Five months after the original install, they still took full ownership and responsibility for their workmanship at a level I’ve honestly never seen from any service company before. Because of that, I fully recommend G&G. Are they the cheapest? No. But you absolutely get what you pay for and what you pay for is accountability, professionalism, and a company that stands behind their work.

Then I was quoted 1100$ for the lower heating element and thermostat to be repaired on my water heater and then stated that it could just catch fire again…. Was also quoted 4200$ for a new one to be installed. Thanks for nothing enjoy my 139$ you absolute frauds. Also service was slow and tech blames it on old slow equipment so maybe invest my 139$ you got for nothing

He was friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and got us back up and running. I can't tell you how important a friendly, no pressure, technician is to me and they one they sent out was amazing. Can't say enough good things about my experience with G&G.
