  Chris and team at G&G did a fantastic job with my attic duct board air system replacement. They were responsive, explained what was needed, quoted a fair price, and did the work the same day. Very thorough, and left the place clean. Highly recommend. I chose them based on the great reviews, and I’m now adding mine.

  Chris and his guys were patient with me as I had many questions about the project. It was a tricky situation, and they worked through all scenarios until we arrived at one we agreed was the best. When I had a specific request, they insisted it wasn’t a problem, and emphasized their desire to get it right so that we were completely satisfied. This project ended up going better than I anticipated!

  Casey was super! He fixed my current problem and also gave me estimates on a couple other jobs I need to get done. Very reasonable. Casey was very professional, personable and thorough! G&G staff took care of me and got an electrician out to me pronto.

  Called to get a quote and called back 45 min to approve it. Despite the listing saying open 24 hours its actually just some stupid AI chatbot. As a result of this slop I will not be using this company. I suggest you dont either. Be truthful and accurate about your advertisements and descriptions or dont advertise at all. AI SLOP. USE SOMEONE ELSE. Even the review responses from the manager are generated with chatGPT. What a farce.

  G&G recently installed a new furnace, water heater and replaced a kitchen faucet with down drains. Starting with the estimate through completion the customer service was exceptional. They arrived timely and took care and caution in and around our home. The install was done well and all areas were left clean. Once completed, they took time to go over every aspect of our new equipment including the use of the thermostat. We did have other estimates several months ago, but a friend had mentioned they were happy with G&G, so we decided to go with them and felt the price was reasonable. The only problem I struggled with was when you call G&G you are getting an AI Assistant. I found it to be time consuming and was frustrated with the process. I had to go through way too many levels of questioning before I could get to a place I needed to be and once there I’d end up having to be routing to a real person anyway. Such a waste of time. I tried to reschedule our install and had to make 3 calls, as I was disconnected with each one. My suggestion would be to ask for a live person from the get go and save yourself the time. A huge shout out to Randy, Taber and Andry…..great customer service skills, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you G&G!
