  Evergreen State Roofing did a great job replacing the incorrectly installed indoor laminate on our outdoor balcony with Tufdek vinyl decking. The results look great and have performed well over the past few months. I would definitely use their services again.

  Excellent experience overall. They replaced my entire roof, gutter system, added brand new flashings throughout the roof, installed a new Solatube, replaced damaged boards with quality material, etc. Used Malarkey Legacy shingles, quality snow proofed valleys and quality underpayments. Everything came with a 50 year warranty. Wow! Josh Miller had been outstanding right from estimation and bidding to the final inspection with complete transparency throughout. Their crew was expert and highly professional. Respectful of property and willing to listen. Highly recommend them in case you are looking for roof replacement or related work in the Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater area or beyond.

  So disappointed!! We called Josh and his team to come out and look at our roof since we had a leak after our builder built our shop. He was quick to come out and give us an estimate of $1600 and said that they would put all new screws in the roof and that would take care of our leaks. That may have been the case if the screws were actually installed correctly. His team (which by the way speak no English) missed multiple screws and left holes in the roof where we could see light. They came out at least 5 different times to fix their mistakes and each time there was another leak and more mistakes. We called Josh again because, you guessed it, another leak. This time though Josh stated that they no longer work on metal roofs like ours so we now have to call another roofer to fix there mistakes. So not only am I out $1600, I now have a leaker roof then what I started with them and now have to call another roofer to try and help us. They sure were quick to weasel their way out of covering their mistakes. Buyer beware!

  We needed some specialty roofing work for an historic theater and did not have any available options in our local area. Although located out of town, ESR promptly came for a site visit and provided a reasonable bid so that we could keep our project on track. They communicated with us well during the planning for the project, did an excellent job on the specialty roofing work, and were a pleasure to work with.
