- BVBob Visse1 day ago3.0The tech was a great guy. But the pricing was absurd. $1100 to change out a disposal is just a crazy amount of money. Even if it is a "pro series" that is just way too much money. I am not sure if Black Hills is owned by a greedy PE company or what. But they are not doctors they are plumbers. Changing a disposal is a 90 min job - at most. The labor should not be that much. It makes no sense. I declined the bid. But if you are looking for somebody with reasonable pricing. Keep on looking...

Elliott Klavuhn was courteous, explained the repair before initiating service, provided a quick estimate, and completed the repair no hassles. He checked his work and coordinated with me about future faucet replacement. Highly recommend - will be calling them again soon.

All of the work was covered by the diagnostic fee, which came to just over $500 with tax.

They had a very knowledgeable team come out but a specific shout out to the electricians Tyler and Branden. The customer service was top notch and they went into depth about what they were doing. They answered all my questions and I felt very safe after seeing the new panel. They also did an excellent job installing an outlet outside. 10/10 would recommend.
