  My friend said to tone down my review because others will think I'm just vindictive or negative - which I'm not. I just believe in HONOR, INTEGRITY, and HONESTY. 99% of my Reviews are very positive ones. For EIGHT YEARS, I used Scotties Plumbing in Oak Harbor whenever I needed a plumber. I'm 74, alone, a woman - not helpless - but not as handy as my husband was! It's always been a 1 - 2 week wait, no problem - but I never had an emergency. I was a good customer, paid on time, never questioned prices, was always nice, gave their plumbers great reviews. Was sure if I had an Emergency they'd be there for me. Finally had that emergency: 8am - Electric Water Heater in Dry Walled Garage. Water POURING from lower panel, flooded to ankles, everything soaked - pictures, tools (compressor, drills, wrenches, etc.). Turned off valve at top, hooked hose to bottom drain (wasn't working), unhooked all electrical stuff sitting on floor, tried to turn off water to house - nothing. Called Scotties. Woman who answered phone says "WE DON'T DO EMERGENCIES, but we're booking out 1-2 WEEKS if you want an app't." A plumbing Company that doesn't do emergencies? 1-2 WEEKS?? Asked "Who in town DOES do emergencies?" She said "I DON'T KNOW". Three times. Please Trust Me: THIS IS A SMALL TOWN. EVERY COMPANY IN THIS TOWN KNOWS WHO THEIR COMPETITORS ARE. And 99% of the time, your Company will try to help you out, knowing you'll come back. But not Scotties. THEY WOULD HAVE LET ME DROWN. SCOTTIES: No Honor, Integrity or HONESTY. As far as I'm concerned they don't deserve our Money or our Loyalty. GREAT PART OF THE STORY? I FOUND A COMPANY NAMED "LEGACY PLUMBING" - INCREDIBLE - check out my Review on them!

  Huge thanks to Brett and Ryan from Scottie's Plumbing! They handled the plumbing for our kitchen remodel and were absolute pros. Everything looks and works great. If you need quality plumbing work, these are the guys to call!

  We have had Scottie's out on 2 occasions and on both they did an excellent job. I had a couple burst outside hose faucets/pipes (my fault) and they were careful to minimize dry wall cuts and ancillary damage and disruption. Very customer oriented and polite. I recommend them.
