He arrived on time and was very professional (even putting on covers over his boots to protect our floors). He spent 2 hours inspecting and cleaning the system and even verified that our Next thermostat was configured correctly. When the service was complete, he spent 10 minutes reviewing the service he performed and gave us instructions on how best to operate and maintain our system.
