  Justin, Brandon, and their team did an amazing job replacing my flat roof. I had a ventilation issue and being a flat roof they knew what to do. I called other companies and nobody could give me a confident answer on how to fix the ventilation issue. Their communication was on spot and will use them for any future jobs.

  I was referred to Yakia Roofing by a mutual friend and Justin contacted me and we set up a time for him to check out my roof and to get an estimate on repair. After reviewing the estimate we set up a date and time for him to do the repair. He was punctual and fixed the roof and cleaned up after he was finished. I was very happy with his workmanship and would recommend him and the company to whomever needs his services.

  I chose Yakima roofing and remodeling for roofing repair and a French strain installment at a family cabin in the White Pass area. The latter was a complicated project cutting through decades old concrete and breaking up bedrock. They were more than willing to work around our schedule and performed their work in a timely manner, even working on weekends and through a rain storm to complete outdoor projects. The owners worked as hard or harder than their employees. They made sure we were satisfied with the work that was done and said they stood behind all that they had completed. They were always available through text and email and very prompt in their responses. We will certainly use them for future projects.
