  Shawn was wonderful. He provided a pretty specific timeline, so that I was informed prior to his arrival. When he got to my home, he let me know he was here. He went right to work to get my generator online again and he provided lots of information about generator maintenance for future decisions. Shawn was very professional and friendly and made me happy, once again, that I chose to do business with SeaTown Electric. Thank you, Shawn for a very positive experience.

  DO NOT USE. As reflected in many other reviews this company is in the business of giving wildly inflated bids. We were told that to solve our issue they would need to excavate the street in front of our house and have a bid of $75k. My husband asked for second opinions from three other licensed and bonded plumbing outfits and all three separately said that the scope of the work outlined in Seatown’s bid was not at all necessary to fix the problem. The total project ended up costing $16k, meaning Seatown’s bid was nearly 5 times what the project should have cost. We were told that the project was an emergency so they ended up doing some work (prior to telling us they needed to excavate the street). When we hired a different plumber they tore out all of Seatown’s work because it wasn’t up to par. Seatown also didn’t obtain a permit even though they said to both me and my husband they would be “pulling and emergency permit today.” This is a shady, shady outfit. Do not use!

  Danny and Kainaan did an excellent job replacing our water heater and outside hose bib! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They took the time to answer all our questions and provide input on a future project. Prior to the install, Danny took the extra time to verify the dimensions of the unit that would work for our smaller space, which fits like a glove. When asked about the leaking outdoor hose bib during the estimate, his first reaction was to grab a tool and see if it just needed to be tightened, which helped some, but did not solve the leak, so we opted to replace the 30yr old hose bib. But, we appreciated his effort to see if it was a simple fix first! All in all, we would definitely use them again.

  Tyler was great! very professional appearance. immediately put on shoe covers to protect our rugs. He immediately diagnosed the problem of washing machine outlet hose being too far down the drain. which was caused water not to drain from washing machine and kitchen sink that fed into same drain. we were so grateful that it was not a big problem, and he did not charge us anything as he said he did not do anything. we were so impressed with him, that we will ask for him with any future plumbing problems. He made an excellent impression re the quality of plumbers that SeaTown employs. very grateful customer. Seattle

  Brett and Diego were awesome. I have dealt wth several of Seatown’s employees. Bret and crew were the best I have dealt with. Explained everything and were so patient with me. All my plumbing and electric and HVAC has been done by this company. Would never use anybody else! Thank you all so much. Very thoughtful, thorough and they also clean everything up. Love them!
