Hired Seatown because I had leaking pipes, I stated that people were saying I needed to re-replum the whole house. They left over half of the Plumbing and said the job was complete. They even left the pipes that were already exposed that I pointed out that were leaking. There’s drywall dust all over my floors and belongings. They said they’d tarp everything but not a single thing was. They broke one of the cabinets look like they leaned on it and also stained my new driveway. Joe was the estimator and delinquent that claimed he didn’t know anything about the leaking pipes $20,000 later. He talked mad smack about cm heating claimed they didn’t have licensed plumbers which they DO. Waiting for Joes boss to call me to see if they’ll rectify the situation but I already have the dry wall people working.

I immensely regret hiring Seatown to repipe our home. We paid an excessive amount of money only because replacement of drywall was agreed to and signed for, and we have now been without drywall throughout our home for 17 days (update: now 21 days), in the middle of winter. Seatown would not land on a subcontractor for the drywall replacement and instead stopped responding to us when we asked for updates. A woman I talked to at the office said she would speak with Eric the manager and call me back, but I received no such call. This entire experience has been completely awful and shockingly unprofessional. This review will probably get some canned response about how Seatown takes my concerns seriously but it's clear from my personal experience that they do not. Furthermore, their "Client Relations" department should be the one reaching out to unhappy customers, not vice/versa.

Troy Rhoden and his helping Plumber came 3rd February. I wasn't quite sure why I phoned as I thought the drip from above apartment had stopped. But ... They were very quick and took pictures and explained that there was an “Active Leak”. I didn't know this. They went upstairs and took the pictures of the toilet that had water all around it from the overflow. She told me (above apartment) that there was no water on the floor when I went up. She lied. Then they went to our Manager's Office and explained everything that was going on. I don't want to go on too long as I never read looong reviews. Want people to read this. I was really happy that they did a Diagnostic for me. Troy and his assistant Plumber did not mess around got right down to business, explaining everything and showing me pictures as they went along. Thank you very much Troy and (wish I had looked at your name badge) the other Plumber.

Still trying to bill us for unperformed work! We used Seatown to replace a toilet. While they eventually performed the work we needed, the entire experience was (and continues to be) so negative that we would prefer an outhouse to ever working with them again. We originally agreed to supply our own toilet and have them install it. We communicated with them about a model to purchase, acquired it, and made an appointment in October 2025 for them to come do the installation. When they arrived, they noted that the toilet we got did not work with the location of our water line. They did not perform any work that day. We returned the toilet we purchased and asked Seatown to source a toilet that works with our space instead, to provide a new estimate, and to make an appointment to do the new work. This eventually happened but it took more than two months--they were continuously unresponsive/provided estimates for the wrong work. When that work was complete, in January 2026, we paid the invoice right away. Meanwhile, they had tried to bill us once for replacing a toilet in October, work that never occurred. They attached an invoice for that work that we did not sign. As of today, they have tried to bill us three times for the October appointment--for work that was not performed --and the invoice is now 90-days past due. They are unresponsive to our requests to resolve the issue. The whole situation has been a tremendous hassle, it took ages to get the actual work we needed done, and it's still not over. I strongly recommend choosing another vendor.

I hired them to fix a broken drain under concrete 9/2025. It’s 2/26 and my bathroom is still unusable (toilets is sitting in the shower), and I’ve sadly already paid most of the fee. Between then and now there have been 12 appointments at my phone where I’ve had to make sure someone was at home for the visits, and at half of these visits SeaTown either canceled or someone came unprepared to do the job that was supposed to be done that day so they rescheduled. There have been numerous calls and they insist they will pay for the tile they shattered and they’d schedule someone (11/21/25 call at 1209pm) then no one seems to remember that and they have started sending my calls to voicemail instead of answering. Last week I was told their manager would call to check in on the situation and I received no calls. I am beyond upset at the poor work and poor professionalism of this group and I would highly recommend not hiring them.
