  Gazebo rescue, thanks to Modernized Exteriors and Cameron. I recently purchased a 10 x 12 ft metal gazebo on line including setup services. The gazebo arrived but I have been waiting for over a month of failed promises and 6 computerized rescheduled service setup dates with no end in sight. I contacted Modernized Exteriors and was delighted to be able to talk to Cameron. Not only is he an actual, knowledgeable person but he analyzed my needs and scheduled a setup date.   Modernized Exteriors just wrapped up a 28’X12’ deck for me and I can say my experience with them was overwhelmingly positive. Cameron and his team were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of the build. The scope of work involved a complete tear down of the rotted existing deck and installation of a new composite deck with cable rail. I had a few different options on the table when I started the project, and I can say Cameron a huge help in suggesting the best products to use in order to get the best bang for my buck. Team was very professional, deck turned out amazing and I’ve already received many compliments from my friends. I would definitely recommend going through Modernized Exteriors next time you need a quality deck built.
