  Gazebo rescue, thanks to Modernized Exteriors and Cameron. I recently purchased a 10 x 12 ft metal gazebo on line including setup services. The gazebo arrived but I have been waiting for over a month of failed promises and 6 computerized rescheduled service setup dates with no end in sight. I contacted Modernized Exteriors and was delighted to be able to talk to Cameron. Not only is he an actual, knowledgeable person but he analyzed my needs and scheduled a setup date.   I just gotta say, Modernized Exteriors did an awesome job on our deck! I'm a stay-at-home mom, and let me tell ya, they made it so easy for us! They listened to what we wanted and made it happen. The deck they built is not only super nice to look at but also feels sturdy and safe for our family. Plus, the folks at Modernized Exteriors were friendly and respectful. They got the job done without causing a lot of fuss, which was great for us with kids running around. Now, we've got this awesome deck where we can hang out as a family and enjoy the outdoors. I definitely recommend Modernized Exteriors if you're looking to upgrade your outdoor space!

  I'm super happy to tell you about Modernized Exteriors! As a nursing student, I don't have a lot of time, so finding a company that could build our deck quickly was important. Modernized Exteriors did a great job right from the start. They really listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make it happen. What I liked most was how well they did the work. Even though I'm still learning, I could see that they were doing a really good job. The deck they built looks awesome and feels really strong and safe. They were also really good at keeping us updated and working around our busy schedules. I appreciated that a lot. Now, thanks to Modernized Exteriors, we have a cool outdoor space to hang out in. I would definitely recommend them if you need a deck built. They made everything easy and the deck looks great!

  Modernized Exteriors exceeded all expectations. We called three companies to give us a bid and hands down this company came prepared to win. From the moment we called, we were impressed. Friendly and prompt service by the receptionist Sherry, with a quick call-back from Cameron as scheduled to get the basics and to book an in-person appointment. On the sales side, Cameron and Nick were personable, professional, and ready-to-serve. They offered creative ideas for expanding our deck, as well as dozens of composite wood samples and cable railing options with varying price levels. It was hard to choose the right colors, but they were patient, and we narrowed the choices to our liking. Getting on their construction schedule proved relatively easy. Cameron made sure to stay in touch via text, and when the team arrived, Peter, as lead construction supervisor, took over. Peter, Adam, and Derek were craftsmen extraordinaire. In addition, they were professional and efficient and kept us apprised of every step in the process. Without a miss, they arrived and worked an 8-hour day, rain or shine, and cleaned up at the end of every single workday during the 2-week project. Modernized Exteriors gets a 5-star rating from this family. Their customer service, work ethic, and professionalism shine at every turn.
