  The technician was kind, informative, and willing to teach us about our system as part of the maintenance. The scheduling office was helpful during the reschedule and kept us informed on the changes. We appreciated everyone we interacted with as they were all friendly and wanted us to have the best information for our decision. We really appreciate the staff and look forward to this ongoing work together.

  Handy’s was prompt, thorough and friendly throughout the process of diagnosing the problem with our heat-pump water heater, then working with the manufacturer to do a warranty replacement. All with a minimum of hassle or inconvenience on our part — much appreciated!

  We have a fairly new home (just shy of 10 years old) with two gas fireplaces and a gas furnace purchased and installed by Handy's Heating. We do regular maintenance on all three appliances. This year the Handy's service team of John and Bode were efficient in their work and careful in conveying information about the condition of each unit serviced. When equipment needed extra repair, these gentlemen fully explained our options on what needed to be done and when. As older residents we do not what to be stuck with a breakdown at inopportune moments. They also did maintenance on our central vacuum system.
