For example I rented a forklift at a quoted price of $285/day and trailer $70/day for two days. Total cost I thought would be around 700 plus tax which I thought was expensive but I needed the forklift so I went ahead and rented it. Total charge per United was $925.00. They have an environmental charge, gas charge, and rental protection charge once this is added in then comes the tax. $925.69 FOR TWO DAYS RENTAL.
