This is because of the low quality of work that was done by the installer. I enjoyed working with Ramon. He is very nice and promptly resolved any mistakes made after the job was done. Thank you!

I had him come out because my previous contractor created new issues while trying to repair existing issues (the other contractor caulked the weep holes in the windows, which Robert pointed out). He's clearly a bright, sharp individual who's experience is apparent in any discussion. He doesn't play the price gouge game and his work is quick and efficient. His communication is literally the best I've seen for any contractor or construction company. It's clear he's more interested in helping his clients rather than trying to make a quick buck.
