  We're very happy with our Carpet that we chose and felt the cost was competitive and reasonable. We had some questions regarding installation and felt like we could've received more information prior to the date of installation to know what to anticipate, what we needed to move, what the installer would be helping with, etc. For some reason, we also thought there would be two installers and that they would help us move the heavier furniture that we paid to have moved. There was only one installer, so my husband had to help him. Not a big deal, but not expected. The installer was efficient

  Eric Britton’s expertise in carpets was appreciated. He was helpful in providing different styles along with excellent prices that met my budget. He checked on availability and scheduled the installation in a timely manner with very professional installers. The carpet looks great.

  I appreciated the detailed product descriptions along with straightforward cost estimates. The installation crew came as scheduled and completed the work in one day. The quality of the work was excellent and the kitchen looks great.

  Highly recommended! Excellent carpet installation from start to finish. The bull nosing on the steps was completed with precision and attention to detail. Communication throughout the project with Jose was timely, clear, and professional. I’m very pleased with the quality of work and the overall experience!
