We were home waiting for them to arrive, but they did not show up: no phone call, no text message. When we called and left a voicemail, nobody answered, and no one called us back. This behavior indicates that the company does not value its customers or their time. Not a good start.

Prior to contacting them, I had called a few contractors that either way overpriced or had a hard time communicating. Andrew was very pleasant to talk to and we were able to negotiate a price I felt was reasonable. The proposal was detailed and I understand what the scope of the work will be. People that worked on the project were knowledgeable. They explained what they are doing and answer my questions and concerns. The project in the end concluded to my satisfaction. Overall I do recommend their service.

Baklinksi came out quickly to take a look and provide a quote then returned to replace it as soon as a new column was available. The crew was very respectful, worked efficiently, did great work and cleaned everything up better than when they arrived.
