  If I could give the person who purchased the property this business is located in a negative review I would. The person who purchased this property said they would renovate this home for a mother in law. But I see this is not true. Very mad, very disappointed.

  MacCoy has been absolutely wonderful! Derek and Donnie in particular have been wonderful to work with, and we now use MacCoy for all our home projects. We had two bathrooms redone, a closet remodel, and a hood vent system for our kitchen put in, as well as countless other smaller projects. The communication is great, they work fast and efficiently, and the final product is always perfect.

  Aaron and the team at MacCoy Home Solutions are a Lynnwood treasure. The team is thoughtful, friendly, punctual, and exceptionally skilled at their craft. Aaron spends the time to ensure that he fully understands your project goals, budget constraints, and anything else needed to deliver a quality product with no surprises. To boot, Aaron is just the nicest guy who really cares about his community. MHS re-sided my house a few years back and in the process, they uncovered a lot of historic damage to our foundation that needed to be fixed immediately before the siding could be completed. They were able to pivot the plan, move staff around, get the repairs done, and then continue with the siding, plus some roof work and the installation of 2 killer new decks! Our house has never felt more secure and solid - and it looks fantastic! I would trust MHS with ANY project at my home, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a general contractor- you will not be disappointed!

  We just finished up with a remodel of our Kitchen, Living, and Dining Room as well as updating our main Hallway. The whole process was easier than we thought it would be. The project was professionally managed, well supervised, and pretty timely considering the scope of work performed. McCoy uses very good subcontractors for Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring and Tile Work. The painters were also top notch. We struggled for a few years to find the right contractor for this job and ended up very pleased with the results.
