Kelsey was amazing! He really was thorough, explained everything to me as he went. Was upfront and honest and potential problems and cost. And was able to find and fix my tub/shower leak quickly and efficiently. Im impressed and will be happy to use him if I have future needs!

Hang Ly and Jason arrived promptly this morning around 0830 to meet with PSE and then start on the replacement of our two circuit panels. They were both very professional, personable, and they completed the job within the time frame I had been advised. I am pleased with their work and the new circuit panels, and, am sincerely happy that I chose Hart Plumbing and Electrical for this job.

Dealing with Ryan for a future service deposit was an unwelcoming experience. I felt pressured to pay a deposit the day I was called and negotiate for discounts "if approved". I wasn't sure I wanted to move forward with the service so I asked if it was refundable. I called back to request a refund not even 48 hours later, well within the cancellation period. I had not signed paperwork or scheduled a day for the service. Ryan guilted me and repeatedly said "cancellation after moving forward with service is not the best way to do things." and said "no promises" for refund before hanging up. THE REFUND PERIOD IS EXPLICIT IN THE QUOTES. This Harts quote was for an issue brought to my attention during their service call, so I was not able to get more quotes in the single day between the service, and Ryan calling me. I had gotten another quote scheduled ASAP because I understood the terms they had given me, and was still shamed for operating by their terms. But as far as electricians go, I appreciated Dakota and Issac. They were informative, kind and did good work. But, I am cautious to do business with Harts again and am wary of why billing was handled in this manner.

Noticed our hot water tank had failed through the gathering water on our 1st floor. We called the number on our heater and it gave us HARTS out of Lynnwood. Surprisingly finding out, they didn’t have any affiliation with the install of the system. They sent out a technician, MICHAEL MOSHIER immediately at no charge and found out the situation was a disaster zone. The tank was 10 years old, the inner core failed, exhaust vent was allowing carbon dioxide to vent into the house, retaining straps not secured correctly, water reducer valve (Main line in) failed (140psi flowing vs 70psi), no expansion tank, tank on blocks vs secure stand, no drip pan or alert sensor, and on. Having replaced tanks before and checking price comparisons, it’s not a major project for folks like me. Mid-range tanks are priced $600-$900 and your thoughts tell you, you’d save so much money without the cost of labor doing it yourself. MICHAEL MOSHIER is not a salesmen for his company but he’s the reason they have business. As we converse, he agrees with me about the cheaper options and states if I do; I should replace or fix other items also, correcting noticeable faults and errors to be in compliance with State code. I hear and see all that needs to be done and hear the magic words. All of those corrections are included and it can be done in a couple hours. He had everything on site and is State/code compliant and warranted for life. Folks like me know mid-range water heaters are not stainless steel or fiberglass inner core tanks and will fail at 10 years. He had the right tank and parts and had the job completed in less time than he mentioned. Consummate professional and thorough. MICHAEL MOSHIER makes Harts who they are. He took time to explain all he did and I noticed his immaculate work to include him cleaning up the area. If all of Harts employees are similar to Michael, all others need to be in fear. I highly recommend Harts. The others didn’t measure up.

I spoke with James via Zoom and he was very thorough with a novice (me) introducing me to the various options for managing the repair/replacement of my 17 yo furnace. He clearly laid out the options for me to consider. He was very patient and I felt no pressure to make any quick decisions. The replacement or repair of my heating unit is an important and potentially expensive decision and I appreciated the fact that it was not made more difficult by sales pressure. I learned a lot about the modern equipment available for HVAC systems and whatever I decide to do I am pretty confident it will be based largely on the information and treatment I received from James. I recommend him and his associates at Harts very highly and plan to consult with them for any of my HVAC, plumbing, or electrical issues.
