  It’s a great feeling when a company goes above and beyond to make you feel that you are their number one priority. This winter Kings Heating, Air & Electric replaced my 40-year-old electric furnace with a two piece, indoor, outdoor, Mitsubishi ducted heat pump. This was a big job and significant investment for me. The entire team, from start to finish, interacted with great support and a personalized approach. They were patient and took the time to address my many questions without rushing through with quick answers. They gave knowledgeable and thorough explanations providing me with understanding that allowed a level of confidence and eased my stress. Great Company, Great Customer Service. I would choose them again!

  I had a new HVAC system installed at my home back in August 2025, and I’m finally getting around to leaving this review. The system has been running great since the installation, and I happy with the entire experience. From the start, Mike in sales was great to work with—no pushy sales tactics, just honest information and a real willingness to earn my business. I gathered quotes from several companies, and they not only beat the others on price but also offered a higher-rated HVAC system. The installation crew—Mason, Josh, Cody, and Treg—did an outstanding job. They kept me informed throughout the process, worked efficiently, and even fixed an existing electrical issue from my old HVAC at no additional cost. They ran a new wire line to the panel and made sure everything was safe and up to code. There was a missing Kumo Cloud during the initial install order, but the team handled it professionally. They followed up, came back out, and completed the configuration without much hassle. Overall, excellent service, fair pricing, quality equipment, and a team that truly cares about doing things right. Highly recommend!

  100/10 stars for this company! Every single person I talked to was so nice, so helpful. Mike was especially lovely. I'm a GC and had some HVAC work pop up on a project with an already super tight timeline... They fit me in super quick and completed a difficult job for a fair price that other companies quoted $10-20k to do, or told me it couldn't be done. Great communication too. So so happy with them and will 100% be using them for all HVAC from here on out!!

  Kings was excellent from start to finish and after. We undertook a big project with an EV charger, panel replacement, Furnace change out and heat pump install. They showed up early with three trucks, had all the work done within 2 days including coordinating with the city. I wanted the EV charger moved over a bit after install and repositioned slightly and it was done without hesitation exactly where I wanted it. . After install the system wasn’t working quit right and Kings team came right over and were ready to do whatever they needed to do to make the system right. They found an unrelated problem in the original ducting that was bent and causing air flow backup. They met me before work at 630 to inspect and were quiet and respectful while my kids slept and they got to work. Just a fantastic experience for something that should have been very stressful. I will be working with them again.
