He was very straight forward on what he was doing to repair my GFCI outlets and how much it would cost before doing the repairs. I really appreciated that he was able to come out within an hour of me calling Harts. I would definitely recommend this company and Spencer to friends and family and will use them on any repairs in the future.

We recently lost my father-in-law, and needless to say she is very emotional right now and he went above and beyond in being comforting to her when he could have just focused on the job at hand. Also the business was very kind when they heard about our loss they sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers which was completely unnecessary but absolutely kind and my mother-in-law was so impressed. Needless to say I think you've got customers for life.
