He helped us choose our carpet and it was installed the following week by Adrian and Alex who were such hard workers and very professional and kind in helping to move some furniture. It looked so good when we returned that I cried of happiness! We really appreciate all of their assistance in helping our home look so much better!!! We would definitely use them again!!

He helped me find the perfect carpet for my needs and assisted in getting it cut to the right size. Tom was there, too, and his level of professionalism was fantastic. It you want to be treated like a VIP, see Anthony and Tom. They will help you with your carpet and/or flooring needs like the pros that they are.

The staff clearly lack knowledge and professionalism — no proper advice was given, and they were extremely rude and dismissive when I tried to express my concerns. Our entire order was completely mishandled, causing us to spend an unreasonable amount of money, and there was absolutely no sense of accountability or effort to resolve the issue. They made no attempt to ensure customer satisfaction or take responsibility for their mistakes. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company to prevent unnecessary expense and frustration.

The two guys that came to install it were seasoned veterans,as they got right to it. did their work and did a fantastic job very impressed. Five stars for them.

Mark was very helpful in guiding us through shopping for the right materials, even letting us borrow samples for the weekend. There was no pressure to buy. The person who came to measure the rooms was very kind. The installers were prompt, excellent, swift, and professional, and the carpets look and feel awesome. A friend of ours recommended Flynn's to us, and now we do the same. 5 star experience!
