It turns out there were drywall fragments in the line, apparently from a remodel we had done five years ago. The plumber (Joe) was able to resolve the problem, carefully employing methods to get the work done at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend them!

I had a water supply leak in my 25-year-old line, which ran under a paved driveway. Instead of a temporary fix, I wanted a long-term solution. After getting bids from three plumbing companies, Steve from Done Right Plumbing stood out. He assessed my situation (repeatedly) over the phone (in person would have omitted the communication issues), provided a competitive detail quote, and was able to complete the work in a timely fashion. Steve’s crew arrived promptly and got to work right away. Jeremy and co. were professional, tidy, and respectful of my property, I hugely appreciate the efficient service and care shown by Done Right Plumbing! Highly Recommended!
