- DSDiana ShinnNov 20, 20255.0We decided to go through Costco's program to upgrade our HVAC system (that didn't have A/C!) to a heat pump after going through an extremely hot summer. What a great decision, and part of what made it great is Brennan Heating & Air Conditioning! Installation was completed on time and with great care. The system has provided us with both heating and air conditioning that is much quieter than the old HVAC unit, consistent, and responsive when we need a little extra heat or cooling, and with a UV air purification component. Brennan's service has been stellar, performing annual maintenance, duct cleaning, thoroughly checking all of the systems, and responding promptly when a problem popped up - ice formed during a cold, rainy snap (not due to equipment malfunction - rather due to needing a little protection from the rweather). Their customer services reps are quick to respond when contacted. Our most recent maintenance was performed by Dom - a polite young man who was respectful in our home and really provided excellent, knowledgeable service.
