  We had a great experience working with Done Right Plumbing. Wendy was very helpful in getting us an appointment within an hour of calling. Joseph, who came to fix the leak under my Dad’s sink was friendly and efficient and did a great job of explaining his repairs and he took the time to show me what he was seeing. We would request Joseph and definitely use Done Right Plumbing again!

  Done Right Plumbing replaced my water meter and piping from meter to house. They did this in just 3 hours! Thank you to Steven and Ashton who, accurately guided the ditch witch, to place the piping exactly where they needed it. Thanks to Joe, Ben, Theoren and those whose names I do not know. They did a fantastic job and a super cleanup. It was expensive but less invasive than digging a ditch. Thanks again to Done Right Plumbing, and Emily at Simply Leak Detection for their recommendation

  Done Right is prompt, clean, respectful, easy to work with, and does quality work. We call, they show up on time, give a price, and get the work done. They are very good at explaining what they are doing and why. They take care of the little details to make sure everything is correct and their work will last. We've used them for a broken pipe in the wall by going through the adjacent bathroom to avoid breaking tile, fixing the main water inlet through the concrete slab, and the latest job of replacing a faucet and garbage diposal and adding a dishwasher air gap. Jeremy didn't like how the previous plumber had configured everything under the sink so he redid that as well to make it efficient and take up less space. We will definitely use Done Right again. Superior customer service from Wendy in the office to the crews that have done the work.

  We call Done Right for all our plumbing needs. It started with a outdoor water line break .The team arrived quickly and began the work of getting a new water line installed. Ive called them 3 other times for bathroom leaks, new water lines in the basement, replacements of water valves etc .They are quick to reply. Work is always consistent and done correctly .Employees are respectful of property and communicate well.

  Done Right Plumbing lived up to their name for us. They replaced our main water line in one day. This was a trench less replacement and our property created some real challenges in boring the trench. Steve the owner, personally operated the equipment. He repeatedly assured me that they were going to get it done. They did, new PEX piping and connections to city line and our house. They returned and effectively repaired the concrete that had to be removed. I will recommend Done Right to anyone that has a large complex plumbing repair or replacement.
