  We had a leak in the water line of fridge. We had a lot of water on our wood floor that we tried to keep under control until Stephan arrived. He came as quickly as he could, was able to locate water shut off valve, was very knowledgeable on how to fix, had suggestions and installed other upgrades, explained what was happening very well and very easy to talk with. He suggested that we contact a water restoration company to analyze water damage and fix. We would recommend him.

Chris was not only friendly and professional, he took the time to keep me informed about work needed and verified everything was operating to my satisfaction before he left.   I have used Day and Nite for over 10 years for annual furnace servicing, plumbing needs and this week electrical! The reason why I have stayed with them is because of there kindness, compassion and very experienced staff. They always try to find the lowest cost solution for you without compromising on their service or the outcome. I appreciate them going above and beyond for me in emergency situations and their prompt replies and service. They are all about finding the problem and doing their best to solve it-- and keep you safe! High retention of employees who love their job. You can really trust this team of people. I am very grateful to Day and Nite-- you're my plumbing, furnace and now electrical superheroes!! This week my furnace was serviced (annual) and their electrical technician came out separately for an emergency electrical situation I had - thus the cost you see

  To DayNnite Plumbing & Heating Please feel free to use the following info for customer satisfaction. I am comparing/contrasting our experience with DayNnite (Excellent) with another heating company (marginal) that: 1. Didn't know how to remove heat pump covers; 2. Had trouble with their billing program on their tablet; 3. charged for mini-split cleaning but did minimal work; 4. At the office level - Minimized or deflected any concerns reported. Our feedback for our contact with DayNnite: Highly recommend your company. Here's why: Customer service - 10 of 10. Your heat pump technician Chris Burrows has a ready skill to listen, converse on a variety of subjects while multi-tasking to get the job done. Chris showed me the part replaced and explained his follow-up service call using simple, straightforward language. Technical know how: score - 10/10. In an age where attention spans are short due to information overload - Chris Burrows had no trouble with electronic invoice navigation & communication on billing, warranty & service delivery. Service contact turnaround: 10/10. Straight forward removal/replacement of part with Lennox heat pump back on line within an hour. Chris made it look easy and took the time to explain along the way. Summary: Highly recommend your company as a trusted place for maintenance or new service requirements.   I had an excellent experience with Day n Nite Plumbing and Heating. Their service was outstanding, and their technicians were extremely knowledgeable. Todd was especially good, patient, thorough, and always willing to answer my questions. He carefully troubleshot the issues, made the necessary repairs, and now my radiant heat is working better than it has in the three years I’ve lived here. There a few complications and Day n Nite handled everything most professionally. From the very beginning, Bambi was incredibly helpful in connecting me with the right person. David set things up for me quickly, kindly and efficiently. And John went above and beyond , keeping me informed throughout the entire process and even taking the time to call me while he was on vacation to make sure everything was going smoothly. If you’re looking for professional, high quality service with a truly dedicated team, I highly recommend Day n Nite Plumbing and Heating.
