  Home owners , BE AWARE of this company which is just a one man show, actually NO SHOW. An absolute HORRIBLE customer service and HORRIBLE communication. The system put by Lance are used/ refurbished systems that works only for a while. You will get service only for the period he knows the system will work. Then you are on your own. It doesn’t matter how many times you call or text him. He quit replying to our calls and txts in 2018 ( we still have records of all of those one sided month long txts), so we have wiped him from our list of service providers. He recently ran into my neighbor and my neighbor mentioned his name to me since the guy who helps us now was out of town. So we decided to give him another chance after eight years but guess what Folks! Spout is still at the same place. My neighbor asked him to come and take a look at our system. He said, he will look at his schedule and get back but didn’t get back at all. My neighbor contacted him again and that too multiple times, but no response back at all. My neighbor suggested that I should contact him directly one more time. So we used a different phone number than my CT usual phone number to contact him. He replied to this phone number, made a promise to come over (this just happened last week)but again failed to show up. When asked what time it might work for him the next day; he showed his true demeanor yet again and never replied. No homeowners or anyone like to be treated this way. Bottom line, he would screen his calls and will not answer you and make it right or show up to appointments. So home owners, you can decide if someone with this kind of work ethic deserves any business?

  My reviews are based solely on quality, service and pricing by a company. This is a quality water service! Truly care about the customer and being honest. Our soft water system was having problems, two other services in Whatcom county failed me with poor service, lying and charges of over $2600 with no change to the system. NW Water treatment came in and found that the last company had incorrect repairs and lied about the system changes they had said were needed. Anthony and his team fixed the system in less than 1 1/2 hours with only a minimum charge. They also followed up after repair with phone calls and came out to simply review the system. Soft water systems, wells and all of your needs by this company. No sales call, up-selling or extra charges like the other companies. 5 stars that should be a 10 star rating. Thank you

  Duane and the team at Northwest Water Treatment have been amazing to work with. They were able to quickly and cost effectively mitigate an ongoing water contamination situation in Glacier Springs. Service and responsiveness were top notch.
